By car, train, bike or boat
Getting there
By car: By car, you can reach Zehdenick from Berlin via the A10 Autobahn: Take the Mühlenbeck-Summt exit in the direction of Liebenwalde. Once in Liebenwalde, just follow the signs. You can also get to Zehdenick from the Kreuz Oranienburg three-way interchange (A10): Take Federal Highway B96 in the direction of Gransee. Follow the signs once you arrive in Gransee. In Zehdenick, you will see signs directing you to the Cloister and the Cloister Barn. Parking is available.
By train: Coming from Berlin (via Lichtenberg Station), from Oranienburg (via Oranienburg Station) or from Templin, you can reach Zehdenick reach with Regional Train RB12, which runs every hour. The walk from Zehdenick station is under 2 km. For exact train schedules, please consult the Transport Association Berlin Brandenburg (VBB).
By bicycle: The Cloister Barn lies right alongside the long-distance bicycle trail from Berlin to Copenhagen, namely at the destination point of the 2nd leg of the route. For further information on the bike trail, please go to www.bike-berlin-copenhagen.com
By boat: The Havel river flows directly into the town of Zehdenick, where you will find plenty of docking sites.
